Nowadays, the mortgage meltdown, the highest crude oil prices, up and down investments, uncertainly in the job market, issue No.1 is the economy, and our government has to take some actions to keep us from these troubles. The initial step is to develop a new research center for business in the university to solve these problems, and we can make more researches to analyze the statistics in order to set a perfect system of business.Firstly, the nation’s housing crisis has 1 in 5 homeowners underwater. It is a fact that hundreds of thousands of families owning more than their home is worth, according to the economical report of government recently. The central bank increases the interests as possible as they can during these months, which put the huge pressures on them, and many of those could lose their homes. As the statistics shown, 1000 thousand households are currently in foreclosure. If a strategy can be made from the research center, maybe we will get a balance between borrowing and returning.
Secondly, it is easy for average people to choose building a business center because of the obvious reason that more and more people have to face the same problem---jobless. Actually, most of them the main income that they have right now is from day trading, because they can not be told when they will be allocated for a full time job to get a stable income, so they have to take a risk for some short-term investment and do some part-time job at the same time . There is no denying that it is tough and risky. The stock market continues its wild ride, tanking one day, soaring the next. Despite some positive sings this week, the market’s still down dramatically for the whole year.
The wish for getting some ideas of finance can be met. The staffs from the center will offer the suggestions what people need to save their money and involve in some investment to make the profit.
Due to gas prices for one at record high followed by consumable in growth. As you can see that we are paying more to fill up our cars, large scale the airlines are paying more to fill up their planes. Recently the crude oil price has been up to more than100 dollar for one whopping 50% over than last year and that’s affecting our daily life. On the condition that those high cost the airlines paying, they want to keep making profit as they can, so they have to pass the cost on to the flying public.

For example, my hometown’s economy mainly relies on the agriculture. We have the best agricultural products, however it has been a big problem that we do not know much about how to do business so that we are unable to gain the most benefits. If a business research center has been developed, we could refer to the scientists about how to deal with business when a complicated problem comes up.
Finally, although developing a business research center is very significant, we should always keep in mind that we would never put too much emphasis on developing agriculture. Agriculture meets the basic and the most important need of people. Without good agricultural development, violence and starvation may come up, which will lead to fatal damage to the society.
