However, few people could remember the countless faceless people in the history which contributed all of their enthusiasm even life for their nation. These famous leader individuals would have been successful without their fellow members' effort can support.[/font]

[font=Times New Roman]To be specific, we should not ignore the construction of contributions of the ancient people when we talked the Great Wall. And the millions of young and lovely soldiers who sacrifice their precious life in the battle to defense the invader. Without their efforts, we would not have sited in this sitting room to take this test. So the famous events and trends in history were possible due to their group effort. Thus, they are deserved to be immortalized by history. We should remember their contributions and great effort forever. Even though, when we talked about some important things, the first impression appears always some key figures, the great amount of the mass can not be remembered by almost of us. Due to the reasons, the significant achievement is founded and named by the leader in our ordinary mind. We should be instructed that not the leaders are creating the history, but the common people are creating the history.[/font]

Typical heroes play an significant role in the history. In the realm of science, the favoritism of the individual is often more justifiable, nearly all of the discoveries and inventions are attributable to them. Such as Einstein, the Relative Theory is rendered by his independent thought. And Newton, from the “Apple fall from the tree", he found the Gravitation theory. etc .Several reform actions are always initiated by the political leaders, Roosevelt, the president of United states during the great depression, was memorized and honored for his instant economic and financial policies to decline the unemployment and galvanize the economy restoration by the contemporary people, because his achievement is the depression of American economy, he was elected the second tenure of president.

[font=Times New Roman]Indeed, certain kinds of events in history which includes the traditional shift of a people's value system and notions, change in a nation's political events, there are often identifiable key individuals who provide the spark of thought, or the initial effort to initiate the transition. It is almost impossible to find a single historical event that realized by a leaderless group. Just like we study Abraham Lincoln for the abolishment of slavery in American, such sociopolitical events still can be understood and used to guide pur present decisions and understanding of contemporary problems by studying the key individuals associated with them. Not only the contributions made by the majorities, but also the ideas rendered by the leaders, only through the independent cooperation and being relied with each other, the great work can be done, the impossible goal can be furthered.[/font]
