First of all, I concede that same ideas can stimulate individual’s aspiration to pursue study. Our human gregarious nature drives us to search for the acceptance: the more we are being accepted, the more courage being received. I believe the central idea of traditional American education is the encouragement. Suppose, for example, we are trying to learn how to walk in the childhood, in which the motivation works from the success of our parents constant praises. The famous American novelist ever said: we like a man right out and say what we thinks, if we agree with him. Moreover, agreement can substantiate our previous knowledge in turns of more energy to discover more unprecedented areas. To the contrary, under some circumstances, contradict idea may impede learning. For example, recent survey shows that overly defiance of educator in response to some kids who have troubles in learning can retard encourages to progress.

However, my second point contends that learning from the agreement is too subjective and more or less restrains the opportunity to receive more knowledge as well. We must understand that any individual has limited ability to access knowledge; as a result we need to listen and absorb different opinions in order to extend our viewpoints. Embracing the different cultures and races, the major characteristic of democratic value, strengthen the United States to become the super power in the world. In contrast, as we review the history, insularity is the major problem in the most undeveloped country. For instance, the watershed of Chinese history-opium war was caused by the enclosure of Chinese emperor’s political idea, although china seems prosper initially, finally turned into declining. Compared to the Japan, a country established on the several islands, which has limited natural resources, advocates learning from different perspective. The economic success of Japan supports the point that extensive learning from different ideas would not only expand knowledge, but also contribute to the greatness.

My third point corresponds to the fact that we can know our flaws from the discordant view points. Based on our observations and experiences, other people can know us better because our human usually fall into the self-assertion and complacent state. George Washington, the famous American president, established the cabinet on the purpose of listening different opinions. Indeed, he appointed Thomas Jefferson who possessed different interpretation of democratic value as secretary. Because George Washington could absorb different opinions, he prospered the new nation onto the way of progress. A broad spectrum of opinion which is provided by the contradictive views enables us to improve our understanding.

In sum, the convenient way of learning depends how we choose in order to learn more, either from same or contradict ideas. We need to take it into account on both sides; agreement can foster our activity of learning, while disagreement can extend our personal or academic diversities. Knowledge is basically built up from the correction from previous errors, so other discreet ideas can help us aware them more quickly and adjust our knowledge toward to the truth, which is the final purpose of learning.

思路不错,
句式词汇也好,
应该6分档次吧! We can usually learn much more from people whose views we share than from people whose views contradict our own; disagreement can cause stress and inhibit learning.
The speaker states that learning can be more efficacious from those whose ideas are the same as the learners. Based on the speaker’s assertion, the speaker underestimates the role of the contrary opinions. Generally disagreement can impose negative effects on learning at some point, while it can enhance our perspectives in order to receive the unbiased knowledge(感觉可以去掉或修改一下). Viewing from the assertion reveals three major points correlating my discussion.
First of all, I concede that same ideas can stimulate individual’s aspiration to pursue study. Our human gregarious(改为instinctive可能更好) nature drives us to search for the acceptance: the more we are being accepted, the more courage being received.(可能有更好的表达,我怎么觉得不太像英语的表达方式,你找找看) I believe the central idea of traditional American education is the encouragement. Suppose(去掉可能更好), for example, we are trying to learn how to walk in the childhood, in which the motivation works from the success of our parents constant praises. The famous American novelist ever said: we like a man right out and say what we thinks, if we agree with him. Moreover, agreement can substantiate our previous knowledge in turns of more energy to discover more unprecedented areas(这句好像有逻辑方面的问题).
Embracing(能不能换个词呢) the different cultures and races, the major characteristic of democratic value, strengthen the United States to become the superpower in the world. In contrast, as we review the history, insularity is the major problem in the most undeveloped country. For instance, the watershed of Chinese history-opium war was caused by the enclosure of Chinese emperor’s political idea, although china seems prosper initially, finally turned into declining(这个例子不太好,下面的日本的例子也是,我想美国老师没有这么清楚中国和日本的历史).
Indeed, he appointed Thomas Jefferson who possessed different interpretation of democratic value as secretary(任命Thomas Jefferson为什么呀?仅仅是任命).
Knowledge is basically built up from the correction from previous errors(这句语法虽然正确,但感觉奇怪from previous errors to the correction), so other discreet ideas can help us aware them more quickly and adjust our knowledge toward to the truth, which is the final purpose of learning.
