为何老是Access Denied. ？

家里开其他网页都正常，就太傻会出现这个问题，2个入口都是这个问题。也不是一次都刷不出，大概10次能刷出一次。

出了这种情况怎样才能弄好?
间发的太频繁了.刷新100次里面大概能有个5次能打开的.::18
