写点什么观点？ 同意。
1.自然在语言环境下学习英语是最好的。。
2.不是唯一的方式， 80%的外国人，受环境所限制，都是在自己国家学习的英语，并且取得很好成绩。
3. 由于经济文化交流，殖民等，很多母语是英语的人定居在其他地方，如香港。跟他们学，也是好方法。
4.技术上，远程教育，互联网等等，也是在别的地方学英语的方法。
