组织行为学属于哪个学科

我对组织行为学很感兴趣,但国内很少有这个专业,一般都将它划到企业管理或公共管理,我想知道在北美和澳洲将这个专业划归哪个学科门类?

它属于一个研究方向，ＭＰＡ和ＭＢＡ甚至临床心理学里都有这个方向的研究，看你申请什么专业了

社会学里好像也有这个方向，跟组织社会学和社会心理学有点关联

我学过这门课，应该算是社会心理学的范畴。但是一般这门课都是在商学院里。

不是很了解，但是我看有些教育学院下的ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM里有这方面的课程

It's called organizational behavior - it's an interdisciplinary studies of sort, covering fields such as Anthropology, Psychology, HR, politics, business administration, etc.  My cousin is a graduate of this major and she's working in a firm in NYC.  I don't know *exactly* what she does but she said it has something to do with devising strategy to boost employees performance, decision making, that type of thing...
