答案是C。看不明白这个语法，all () is do sth. do前边是省略了to吗？

第一道题turce后面要加for接一段时间 ing分词作伴随状语是其逻辑主语是整个句子的主语即TheOlympic Games ，而实际上应该是 the pugnacious states of the Greek 所以错
第二道题是不定式省略to 的一种形式 all sb do is do..........

第一道题目选 C比B好 因为B的 proclaiming的逻辑主语不是很明确  有人说是Olympic Games proclaim 其实都知道是 states of Greek world proclaim  另外C 从语法语意上更连贯 they 按就近原则肯定指代的是 states of Greek world 不会产生歧义 语意上 是说 当states之间建立了停战协定(truce)时 奥运会 起到了 维系states间和平的作用。

第二道题目 考察的是平行结构 其实上是  all one has to do is do^^^ when^^^ and then do^^^ when^^^  因为and 后面有 when 所以划线处为了保持平行最好也有when or while  所以选C

关于 all one has to do is leave 也许会觉得 is后怎么又跟了leave这个动词  这实际上是高中的一个语法点 有的老师 称之为 “ 有 do 省 to”  即前面有do 后面的to 要省略
比如： All I want to do is find a way back into love （hugh grant &drew berrymore的电影(好像是lyrics)中的经典台词和歌词）
注意： I have no choice but to study diligently.  这句话中就 不能省略to  

以上属于个人观点 不敢保证一定正确 但貌似论证比较严谨 应该说大方向是没有错误的

Do 后面的 to 不一定要省略的。如果 is 后面只有一、两个词，那就省了 to 舒服些，如： All you need to do is scream, and I'll rush over.

长一些的我就从来不省：All you have to do is to read a whole library of books and then you will be able to judge these finer points of English usage without having to think about it.  我的感觉是省略了 to 有点太口语化，不够正式。
