答案是B   我选的D      题目论点是 废除5% 的禁猎令可以导致更多对snow geese的猎杀，从而使snow geese的数量减少，并解除snow geese对artic bird的population的威胁。    B说每年的禁猎时间提前，我认为这个既可以说明snow geese的数量减少，也可以说明猎人猎杀的效率提高，并不能构成对论点的削弱。 D选项说 snow geese由于数量增加，它们开辟了新的栖息地，所以即使废除了禁猎令，猎人叶不一定能找得到，所以达到削弱论点的目的。  请教高人指教

同意C。D还是稍微感觉远了点。
C说这几年射杀的鹅数一直在增加，就说明增加捕杀量不怎么管用。而禁猎令的取消只能增加捕杀量，因此还是不管用，所以C是削弱。

答案是对的。原文结论的重点为the hunting season ends if and when hunting has reduced the population by five percent，既只要population减少5%，hunting就停止。作者认为这个条件限定了捕杀数量，所以取消这个restriction就能帮助其他物种繁殖。B中说多年来the restriction led to the hunting season for snow geese being closed earlier than the scheduled date，说明几乎每年的捕杀量都大大超过了官方的预期，既官方认定捕杀量已足以控制群体数量了，取消restirction不一定对大环境有利。

同意4楼观点,感觉如果说restriction的取消会增加snow geese的捕杀量，那么snow geese的population的减少从而帮助对arctic bird的繁衍，这是对原论点的加强，不是削弱哦。。

我觉得应该这样理解B.：原文说官方预计一般在猎人捕杀了5%后，他们就会不捕杀了，捕杀的季节也就结束了，然后官方就把5%作为限制。但是这个限制却产生了反面的作用，导致猎人捕杀得更多了，捕杀季节提前结束，也就是 四楼的观点（yy 一下，可能是这样一个限制刺激了猎人赶在别人前面捕杀吧 ），所以一旦这个限制取消了，猎人就没有这样的动机，捕杀的量并不会增多。
d 选项并没有契合原文的逻辑链，没有论证dropping this restriction不会使the other species to recover，像使个题外话

看来焦点在于选择C还是B。我觉得选B可能会更好些。
C,是说几年来，被被杀的snow geese 的数量在增加，因为上限是5%，说明整体基数在增加，也说明没有被捕杀的 snow geese 也在增加，所以是加强了作者的观点。
B，因为捕猎的时间缩短了，可以认为捕杀的数量也减少了，因为捕杀的上限是5%，所以整体基数在减少，没有捕杀的数量也在减少，所以是弱化了作者的观点。

B 是正确答案。但是上面的解释却不是理由。B 的关键在那个 many years。那些雪雁数目大增的是近年的事，而那个只可以猎 5% 的禁例却是实行多年了。所以禁令与雪雁的数目没有关系，不像题干那里说因为禁令，所以雪雁数目不能降低。
