Is changing profession frequently the surest way to getting success in all fields? Although experience is very important for leaders of every area, new leadership is still an effective way for us to getting success in most fields.

On one hand, new leadership may prevent us from being restricted by some old conception and principle. I concede that what we are doing today are all base on the work of our ancestors, but breaking the old rule is the only way we can get progress. For instance if Gorge Washington fear to start a new complexion, American may still be confused by small wars between north part and south part. And it is a common sense that as long as a new leader is introduced to a realm, he always brings about many new ideas or completely revolutions. That attributed to individual’s different faith and character. Many people may sincerely believe that a country’s development should not be influenced by political leaders’ interests. However, one does not have to go very far to see that political dreams of a president may actually change the country. Dream of Abraham Lincoln, a great president of American, gives freedom back to thousands and tens of thousands slaves. In conclusion, changing leadership periodically is necessary for us to revitalize an enterprise.

On the other hand, because cupidity and arrogance are indispensability parts of human nature, this feeling will grow up if a person works as a leader for a long time. First, leader is the person tells others what to do, so they must more capable than others. That fact makes people feel better or even pride. A person, no matter how humble he is, may become masterful after he dominates others for many years. In this case, he will not adopt other’s ad vices and make bad choice. Second, if we have known that the president will be the leader in whole his life, no one would like to supervise his action. Of course leaders can not hear the voice of others either. It is not surprise that they use public money for their own purpose or they make judgment without consider others’ suggestion. So changing leadership is also an effective way to decrease the possibility of defalcation and despotism.

Admittedly construct a new leadership may be good to many industries. But every decision we make comes from knowledge and experience we have learn, a leader stay in the same position for many years may more capable than those new bellwether. In some certain field experience is exceptionally crucial. Old leader of a small repair team probably diagnose the machine’s problems all by his experience. He can find the broken part quickly because they have met this condition before. Another example is that leaders of football team are better at controlling and communicating with others than other participants of the team. The process people work as a leader is a process of personal improvement too. During this period they not only practice what they have learned in school again and again but also gain some new information. Thus, we should think twice before we change leaders of some certain areas.

In sum, because experience is of great consequence in some certain jobs, leaderships of some special realm should not be composed periodically. But the reasons discussed above to a large extant justify may claim that changing leaders in time can help us revolute our society and restrain irrelevantly behavior of leaders in most areas.
