I have met some friends who have their own business now. They often meet a problem that weather it is good to employ a low salary but inexperienced worker or an experienced one asking for high payment. Some of them choose the ones in low salary. They deem that salary is the main reason influencing their decision. However, as far as I am concerned, I believe that high-paid experienced employers deserve that much money and I will hire them.

First and foremost, those experienced workers will bring invaluable working experience to the companies that cannot be exchanged with money. As we all know, every company needs skillful employers to be better because they do know what should do and what is good for the future. Toder, for example, one of my friends owning a big local company in China employed a experienced managers asking for five times salary than others that is around fifty thousand dollars. After six-year working, the man brings his company millions of dollars and many other benefits. Therefore, an experienced person will bring more than you paid to your company.

Another reason to spending a lot of money on employing a mature person is that those persons will not only bring much more money to the companies but also act as exemplars for other workers. I can find no better illustration than this: I used to have a manager in a large international corporation. His salary is more than twenty times higher than mine. During the period I was working with him, he both did very well in his work and set a good example for me. He taught me lots of experience he gained in coffee time. Many good workers in the company were also able to share his great experience. He deserved what he got. Thus, the experienced will play the roles as intelligent teachers in company make the whole company more mature and competitive.

Last but not the least, experienced employers will work greatly hard to keep his position. Contrast to the common positions, in which people get low salaries and low pressures, the high-paid positions include many cruel competitions and high pressures which make people this kind work mush harder than normal people, thus making most of them working more than paid. Hence, high-paid experienced worker will work harder than other inexperienced people because of the pressure and competitions, which is good for companies.

The experience, the affect as a good exemplar and the hard working spirit of experienced employers will make essential impacts on the companies. In a final analysis, for all the factors present above, I strongly suspect that it is better to hire a experienced worker if possible. If you do, you will find the decision is the wisest ones in your life.

There is a public debate today that whether it is more essential for students to study history and literature or to learn science. I have heard some opinions from my friends who deem that history is more important for students. However, as far as I am concerned, I suspect that science and mathematics are more critical for current students.

First and foremost, science and mathematics influence the development of our technology very much. In the previous decades, we have seen the how science including mathematics changes our world and life style. I cannot find a better illustration than that after 15 years when Internet was invented, people use it everywhere and life become s more convenient through the Internet. Thus, science is the major force to enhance human’s life quality, not the things related to history or literature.

Another notable reason should be taken into account is that science and mathematic is the basis of all things we will learn and use. As we all know, all the things existing in the world and all useful skills based on science and math.  One of my friends, for instance, used to be a literature studied many things about literature and history. However, after graduation, he become an artist and finally found that all the history and literature knowledge based on science.

Last but not least, science and mathematics is playing a critical role through the whole history of human being. Contrast to history and literature, which have not speeded the development of the world, the science and math make world much better year by year, thus no of us is able to ignore their contribution to human society. Therefore, judged from the history past thousands year, science has showed us it is more important..

In a final analysis, for all the factors present above, I firmly believed that science and mathematics are so essential for the world’s development that students should consider them more important. The more people master the modern science, the faster we can enhance human’s technology to make world better.

Nowadays, food is easier to prepare that we can finish a dinner in a short time thanks to the improvement of technology. Some people deem that this change means our life was improved. However, as far as I am concerned, I solid believe that being able to prepare food more easily has indeed made our way of life better.

First and foremost, we can save lot of time on cooking when food can be done in a short time. According to the research done by World Food Organization, on a average, people in the world spend 2 hours on eating every day. When we use those food could be finished in a short time, we can have extra time to enjoy sports we like, read more books or contact more customers. I cannot find a better illustration that my father used to waste 3 hours on cooking and eating. After he used the fast food, he have much more time to meet importance people and think of vital decisions for company. He succeeds finally.

Secondly, another reason should be taken into account is that food this kind can save people from the tiring and boring cooking. After all-day working, easier-prepared food can give people more time to relax when they get home. My friend Joe, for instance, works for a large computer company. He used to feel very tired with the cooking because he also has to do 8 hours work in the daytime. After he found some food, which can be easily done, he spends only on fourth time as before on preparing meals and has more time to play PC games and soccer. Thus, saving people from tiring and boring cooking is another notable impact the food makes.

Last but not least, easily prepared food also means that we could cook it in most of places without little equipments. On contrast to traditional foods, which need enough fire, source, pans and other complex things, these foods require only a few items such as a microwave machine and a bag of mixed food, thus enabling people cooking them anywhere even in the car or a forest. Hence, you can have nice meal any places you want different from previous time.

In a final analysis, for all the factors presented above, I strongly suspect that our life is getting better because food today is easier to prepare. Maybe one day in the future when we can eat whenever we want without the long time cooking, life must be much more different and convenient.

Needless to say, everyone is always expecting a better life. Some people hold the point that the life should be realistic, others think that a romantic life will be better. For my part, I am a supporter of the later.

There is no denying that there are some pros for people who are realistic in life. The realistic attitude to life could make a person maturer than the one who is always romantic. As we know, the realization is always cruel and ruthless. The suffering in life force people be calm to everything. For instance, a person who is awfully realistic to life could handle with something exactly. Nonetheless, if a romantic person does this, there may exist several drawbacks.

Human beings are animals that have emotion. A romantic life could offer them more bless, pleasure, especially in modern society full of contentment. For example, People are willing to go to a picnic with their family or friends on the weekend. They also could do a trip during their winter break or summer break. These activities not only supply more relaxation, but also intense their relationship or friendship. Meantime, they could get more knowledge and impressive experience.

A person who is romantic is always optimistic to life. There are many evitable things we encounter put us in a pretty pass, even make us feel despairing. A optimistic attitude could tide us over the opposite bank. Let us take a person who fails to achieve his or her goal for example, a pessimistic attitude may make him or her lose desire to life, where as, if he or she if optimistic, he or she could get over from the failure fast.

Although who is realistic to life could do things better in some sense, a romantic attitude to life could make a person fell happier. Thus, I agree that a romantic attitude could give us a better life.

Once you have friends, you must spend some time on them. You may have to play with them or chat with them no matter you feel boring or exciting. Some of my schoolmates are people this kind who are so sociable that they prefer to play with their friends.  Some of them hold a different opinion that they like quiet and peaceful ambience in which they can do more thinking. As far as I am concerned, I firmly believed that it is better to play in a group than by yourself.

First and foremost, playing with friends will give you many benefits on improving your teamwork inspirit. As we all know, when playing in a group, you will have chances to try to deal with cooperation and relationship problems with your partners to enhance your teamwork skills. My brother Andrew, for example, always likes to play with other people and gain skills of dealing problems in a group. Because of those skills, he was hired as a human resource manager by a large international company.

Another notable reason should be taken into account is that friends are also talent teachers when you are with them. Everyone is good at different domains and you can learn a lot more from your friends than books you could read alone. I cannot find a better illustration than this instance that I was new to soccer two years ago. Fortunately, five my friends who I though are neither good at computer nor studying are fine soccer players. I learnt much from them when I was playing them. Now, I am one of the best players in my school team thanks to them. Therefore, friends you play with can make a great impact on you as good teachers.

Last but not least, friends will not let you feel lonely. Contrast to staying at home and playing alone, which make you divided from outside world and feel being forgotten, playing with friends will give your happy times and let you feel you are part of them, thus making you more confident when you confront every problems in you life.

In a final analysis, for all the factors presented above, I strongly suspect playing with friends will give you more invaluable exciting experiences and firm your relationships with friends. Only when you are in a group, you would find out how worthy you spend time with those funny, shiny and friendly people.
