To support it , the arguer points out that by adopting a set of restrictions on how the community's yards should be landscaped and what colors the exteriors of homes should be painted the average property values in nearby Brookville have tripled. The argument suffers from several critical fallacies.
Firstly,the arguer fails to establish a causal relationship between adopting the set of restrictions and the increase of the property value in Brookville .Perhaps all the property value of houses increased last year not because the restrictions that cause the rise of values in Brookvilly. Or perhaps
Secondly, the arguer provides no evidence that the situation of Deerhaven Acres and that of Brookville can indeed be comparable.
Thirdly, the arguer does not take into account other influce which the restrictions will probably bring.
In conclusion, the recommendation is poorly supported. To strendthen it, the author should convince me that the adopting of the certain set of restrictions indeed leaded to the rise of average property value in Brookvilly. To better support it, the author must provide more evidences which show that in situation of Brookvilly and that of Acdres can be comparable at every aspects. Also ,author should substantiate that the advantages of adopting the restrictions are great more than the disadvantages.
