



Last week, the independent non-partisan government accountability office, the GAO, issued a report to congress analyzing the white house’s national youth anti-drug media campaign. The campaign is responsible for many TV and radio commercials and magazine ads you probably seen, that in to keep kids from trying ? and other controlled substances, but the GAO report finds the ads have been disappointing and ineffective. The report says the study of the campaign quote provides no evidence that the campaign has positive effect in relation to teen drug use, and show some indications of negative impact, and quote one negative was the increased impression that smoking part was normal among teens.
