背景:去年发过，但是没有找到合适的学生。再次介绍一下，老板是汉城国立大学（也叫首尔大学:www.useuol.edu）牙医学院副院长,实验室忙不过来,让我再介绍一个学生过来,来读硕士或者博士都可以，也可以硕博连读.具体情况是在牙医学院的生物材料实验室,属于交叉学科吧,由于实验室基本招不到本国全职研究生(这边的博士/硕士都是part-time的牙医,一周过来上两次课就行,基本不进实验室),实验基本靠教授自己(他手下有专门干活的实验员mm,文章不挂名字的那种)。我06年9月过来的,已经三个学期了,属于这个实验室第一个全职的学生(感觉有点不爽,帮手都不好找，一个人很累的),不过也不是很忙，看看文献，做做实验，写写文章，规划一下旅行什么的。老板人也不错，挺仗义的，而且点子多,文章也多(老板这几年基本上每年都要发表20多篇SCI,还有一堆乱七八糟的会议,而且基本都是他自己写的).实验室条件凑合,仪器设备都还算是全，就算是那些很贵的设备，楼上的公共实验室一般都有。

We have a full range of research programs to investigate the chemical fingerprinting, genotyping of herbs and to elucidate the molecular mechanism of action of Chinese medicines as potential therapies for cancers, cardiovascular, immunological and neurological diseases. I am looking for a reasearch student for either a two-year MPhil or three-year PhD studentship. Applicants intested in all areas of applied nonlinear time series analysis and/or complex networks will be considered. You should have a strong background in mathematics, physics or engineering and highly competent/confident in programming and numerical analysis. My current research projects include studies of cortical synapse dynamics, neuronal information processing, epidemiology on complex networks, and general methods for the analysis of nonlinear time series.
